Valuations Partner

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Valuations Partner to define and execute the firm’s Valuations strategy and market positioning. This senior leadership role combines technical authority with commercial acumen, ensuring the delivery of independent, high-quality valuation opinions across complex and contentious scenarios.

You will cultivate senior client relationships, mentor future leaders, and represent the firm as a trusted voice on valuation and governance matters.

What you’ll do

• Define and execute the firm’s Valuations strategy and market positioning.
• Cultivate senior client relationships with corporates, investors, and audit partners.
• Provide expert opinion on complex or contentious valuations and disputes.
• Drive engagement quality, professional standards, and methodology consistency.
• Mentor and develop Directors and Senior Managers to build future leadership capacity.
• Collaborate across all advisory disciplines to deliver holistic, client-focused outcomes.
• Represent the firm in the market as a respected independent voice on valuation and governance matters.

What we’re looking for

• Experience operating at Partner (or equivalent) level in business valuations within a Big 4 (or similar), investment bank, or valuations specialist firm.
• Recognised market leader with deep technical expertise and integrity.
• Extensive experience across valuation, financial reporting, and transaction contexts.
• Proven success in practice leadership, business development, and people development.
• Reputation for clarity, independence, and commercial excellence.
