Transaction Services – Financial Due Diligence Senior Associate  

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Senior Associate – Transaction Services / Financial Due Diligence to join our growing Transaction Advisory practice. In this role, you will work closely with Managers, Directors, and Partners to deliver high-quality financial due diligence and transaction support services for private equity firms, corporate investors, and privately held enterprises.

What you’ll do

• Assist in the delivery of buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform detailed financial analysis, including quality of earnings, working capital, and cash flow assessments.
• Support senior team members in preparing client reports and presenting key findings.
• Conduct robust analysis in relation to deal issues and Sensitivities.
• Collaborate with team members across all levels and contribute to a high-performance culture.
• Participate in client meetings and build strong professional relationships.

What we’re looking for

• Experience in transaction services, audit, or financial analysis (Big 4 or mid-tier experience highly regarded).
• Strong technical skills in financial statement analysis and Excel modelling.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional qualifications (CA, CPA) essential or in progress.
