About the Role

We are a multi-disciplinary practice, bringing together accounting-qualified and legally qualified professionals to deliver integrated tax advisory and compliance services. We employ CA, CPA, and legally qualified professionals and maintain appropriate technical and career development programs, as well as supervision arrangements to support legally qualified practitioners.

We are seeking experienced Tax Controversy & Disputes Partners to join our growing Tax practice.

The team Represents clients in ATO reviews and disputes, combining technical insight with strategic resolution experience.

What you’ll bring to the role

• Lead the firm’s tax controversy and disputes practice.
• Manage ATO audits, settlements and litigation strategy.
• Lead review and dispute engagements; prepare submissions and negotiate outcomes.
• Recognised expert in tax controversy and client advocacy.
• Deep experience in managing ATO interactions; strong technical and communication skills.
• Accountancy, Taxation or Legal Qualifications are desired.
