About the Role
We are seeking experienced Private Clients Tax Partners to lead and grow our Private Clients Tax practice. This is a senior leadership position focused on delivering exceptional tax and accounting services to high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), family groups, family offices, and privately held enterprises.
You will combine technical excellence with strategic vision, driving business development, revenue growth, and team leadership while acting as a trusted advisor to our most valued clients.
What you’ll bring to the role
- Provide expert tax advice on complex matters including CGT, Division 7A, trust taxation, succession planning.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HNWIs, family groups, and private businesses.
- Drive business development initiatives and achieve revenue growth targets.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of tax professionals.
- Contribute to firm-wide strategy and ensure compliance with professional standards.
What we’re looking for
- Extensive experience in private client tax advisory with a proven track record of success.
- Strong technical knowledge of Australian tax law for individuals, trusts, and private companies.
- Demonstrated ability to generate revenue and develop new business opportunities.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CA qualification or an equivalent professional designation is highly regarded.
