Private Clients Business Services Senior Manager

About the Role

We are a multi-disciplinary practice, bringing together accounting-qualified and legally qualified professionals to deliver integrated tax advisory and compliance services. We employ CA, CPA, and legally qualified professionals and maintain appropriate technical and career development programs, as well as supervision arrangements to support legally qualified practitioners.

We are seeking experienced Business Services Senior Managers to play a key role in the day-to-day delivery of compliance and advisory services for privately held enterprises, family groups, and high-net-worth individuals.

You will work closely with Directors and Partners, ensuring seamless execution of client engagements, while mentoring junior team members and contributing to practice growth.

What you’ll do

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of compliance and advisory projects, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Support Directors and Partners in handling complex matters such as structuring, financial reporting, and performance improvement.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.
• Mentor and coach junior staff, fostering technical development and professional growth.
• Assist in identifying opportunities for additional services and contribute to business development initiatives.

• Extensive experience in Business Services & Advisory.
• Strong technical knowledge in accounting standards and tax compliance.
• Strong technical knowledge in financial analysis, governance, and strategic planning.
• Proven ability to manage multiple engagements and deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Excellent leadership and team development skills.
• Professional qualifications (CA, CPA) essential.
