About the Role

We are a multi-disciplinary practice, bringing together accounting-qualified and legally qualified professionals to deliver integrated tax advisory and compliance services. We employ CA, CPA, and legally qualified professionals and maintain appropriate technical and career development programs, as well as supervision arrangements to support legally qualified practitioners.

We are seeking experienced M&A Tax Advisory Directors to join our M&A Tax Advisory practice.

The team partners with private equity and corporate acquirers across the deal cycle — from diligence and structuring through execution and post-deal integration.

What you’ll bring to the role

• Manage buy-side and sell-side diligence projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outputs.
• Strong technical capability in M&A tax; project management expertise.
• Collaborative and commercially focused.
• Accountancy, Taxation or Legal Qualifications are desired.
