About the Role
We are seeking talented M&A Managers to join our growing Deals Advisory practice. In this role, you will work closely with Directors and Partners to ensure seamless delivery of transaction advisory services for private equity firms, corporates, and privately held enterprises.
You will play a critical role in managing client engagements, supporting complex technical work, and mentoring junior team members.

What you’ll do
- Manage end-to-end execution of buy-side and sell-side mandates, including process design, valuation, marketing, negotiation, and closing.
- Lead and manage the preparation of marketing materials, valuation analyses, and due diligence management.
- Lead financial modelling and transaction analytics, ensuring findings translate into strategic recommendations.
- Provide negotiation support to clients on key terms and valuation implications.
- Serve as day-to-day trusted contact to clients, counterparties, and legal advisers.
- Develop hypotheses around value creation and transaction strategy, testing these through structured analysis.
- Mentor and coach junior team members, reviewing outputs and providing developmental feedback.
- Contribute to proposal preparation, client pitches, and relationship development activities.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver integrated, seamless advice.
What we’re looking for
- Solid experience in deals advisory, corporate finance, or investment banking.
- Strong technical knowledge in financial modelling and valuation.
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
- Professional qualifications (CA, CPA, CFA) essential or in progress.
