International Tax Advisory Director

About the Role

We are a multi-disciplinary practice, bringing together accounting-qualified and legally qualified professionals to deliver integrated tax advisory and compliance services. We employ CA, CPA, and legally qualified professionals and maintain appropriate technical and career development programs, as well as supervision arrangements to support legally qualified practitioners.

We are seeking experienced International Tax Advisory Directors to join our International Tax Advisory team. The team designs and implements tax-efficient domestic and cross-border structures for reorganisations, investments and growth strategies.

We help clients navigate Australian and international tax frameworks, funding arrangements, and ownership structures with commercial precision.

What you’ll bring to the role

• Oversee structuring projects and advise on tax outcomes across multi-entity and multi-jurisdiction arrangements.
• Strong technical grounding in CGT, consolidation and international tax frameworks; confident senior reviewer.
• Accountancy, Taxation or Legal Qualifications are desired.
