M&A Associate Director

About the Role

We are seeking experienced M&A Associate Directors to play a key role in the day-to-day delivery of transaction advisory services for private equity firms, corporates, and privately held enterprises.

You will work closely with Directors and Partners, ensuring seamless execution of client engagements, while mentoring junior team members and contributing to the growth of the Deals Advisory practice.

What you’ll do

• Manage end-to-end execution of buy-side and sell-side mandates, including process design, valuation, marketing, negotiation, and closing.
• Lead and manage the preparation of marketing materials, valuation analyses, and due diligence management.
• Lead financial modelling and transaction analytics, ensuring findings translate into strategic recommendations.
• Provide negotiation support to clients on key terms and valuation implications.
• Serve as day-to-day trusted contact to clients, counterparties, and legal advisers.
• Develop hypotheses around value creation and transaction strategy, testing these through structured analysis.
• Mentor and coach junior team members, reviewing outputs and providing developmental feedback.
• Contribute to proposal preparation, client pitches, and relationship development activities.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver integrated, seamless advice.

What we’re looking for

• Extensive experience in deals advisory, corporate finance, or investment banking.
• Strong technical knowledge in financial modelling, valuation, and transaction execution.
• Proven ability to manage multiple engagements and deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Excellent leadership and team development skills.
• Professional qualifications (CA, CPA, CFA) essential.
