Transaction Services – Financial Due Diligence Associate Director

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Transaction Services / Financial Due Diligence Associate Director to play a key role in the day-to-day delivery of transaction advisory services for private equity firms, corporate investors, and privately held enterprises.

You will work closely with Directors and Partners, ensuring seamless execution of client engagements, while mentoring junior team members and contributing to the growth of the Transaction Advisory practice.

What you’ll do

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of financial due diligence projects, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Support Directors and Partners in handling complex matters such as deal structuring, valuation considerations, and transaction risk analysis.
• Provide technical expertise on quality of earnings, working capital, and transaction risk analysis.
• Mentor and coach junior staff, fostering technical development and professional growth.
• Oversee workflow, resource allocation, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Assist in identifying opportunities for additional services and contribute to business development initiatives.

What we’re looking for

• Extensive experience in transaction services and financial due diligence gained in a top tier Advisory firm.
• Strong technical knowledge in financial analysis, deal structuring, and transaction risk assessment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple engagements and deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Excellent leadership and team development skills.
• Professional qualifications (CA, CPA) essential.
