Transaction Services – Financial Due Diligence Director

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Transaction Services / Financial Due Diligence Director to support the Partner in leading and growing our Transaction Advisory practice. This senior role focuses on ensuring seamless delivery of financial due diligence and transaction support services to private equity firms, corporate investors, family offices, and privately held enterprises.

You will work closely with the Partner to manage client engagements, oversee technical delivery, and mentor the team, while contributing to business development and operational excellence. This role offers a clear and structured pathway to Partnership for the right candidate.

What you’ll do

• Oversee the management of buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements.
• Deal structuring, valuation considerations and transaction risk analysis.
• Support the Partner in developing strategies for client growth.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.
• Provide technical expertise on quality of earnings, working capital, and transaction risk analysis.
• Oversee workflow, resource allocation, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and technical excellence.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and identify opportunities for additional services.

What we’re looking for

• Significant experience in transaction services and financial due diligence gained in a top tier Advisory firm at Director or Associate Director level.
• Strong technical knowledge in financial analysis, deal structuring, and transaction risk assessment.
• Proven ability to manage complex engagements and deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Professional qualifications (CA, CPA) essential; experience with private equity and M&A highly regarded.
