Transaction Services – Financial Due Diligence Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Manager – Transaction Services / Financial Due Diligence to join our growing Transaction Advisory practice. In this role, you will work closely with Directors and Partners to ensure seamless delivery of financial due diligence and transaction support services for private equity firms, corporate investors, and privately held enterprises.

You will play a critical role in managing client engagements, supporting complex technical work, and mentoring junior team members. This position offers ongoing professional development and clear opportunities to grow your career within a dynamic and innovative firm.

What you’ll do

• Manage day-to-day delivery of financial due diligence engagements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Support Directors and Partners on complex matters such as quality of earnings, working capital analysis, and transaction risk assessment.
• Act as a key contact for clients, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.
• Mentor and guide junior staff, fostering technical development and professional growth.
• Assist in identifying opportunities for additional services and contribute to practice growth.

What we’re looking for

• Solid experience in transaction services and financial due diligence gained in a top tier Advisory firm.
• Ideally 5-8 years’ experience.
• Strong technical knowledge in financial analysis and deal structuring.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
