Valuations Director

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Valuations Director to lead complex valuation engagements across transaction, financial reporting, and litigation contexts. This senior role combines technical depth with commercial insight, advising boards, investors, and management teams on value implications of strategic decisions while mentoring high-performing teams and driving practice growth.

What you’ll do

• Lead valuations across transaction, financial reporting, and litigation contexts.
• Advise boards, investors, and management teams on value and capital management implications of strategic and financial decisions.
• Provide senior technical review of valuation reports, models, and key assumptions.
• Build and nurture senior relationships with investors, C-suites, and deal teams.
• Manage and develop high-performing teams, providing technical coaching and career development.
• Drive innovation and excellence in service delivery, integrating technology and analytics where appropriate.
• Lead practice growth through thought leadership and business development.
• Collaborate across service lines to support integrated transactions advisory solutions.

What we’re looking for

• 10+ years in valuations, transaction advisory, or corporate finance gained in a Big 4 (or similar), Investment Bank or leading Advisory or Valuations specialist firm.
• Expert knowledge of valuation methodologies, related accounting standards, and professional frameworks.
• Proven track record in leading high-profile valuation assignments.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
