About the Role

We are seeking experienced M&A Partners to define and lead our M&A practice. This senior leadership role is responsible for setting strategy, driving growth initiatives, and positioning the firm as a market leader in Deals Advisory.

You will sponsor major client relationships, lead marquee transactions, and ensure engagement quality and client experience. This role requires a proven market leader who combines technical excellence with commercial acumen and a strong commitment to client-first outcomes.

What you’ll do

  • Define and execute the firm’s M&A practice strategy, growth initiatives, and market positioning.
  • Sponsor major client relationships and lead marquee transactions across M&A, capital raising, and strategic deals.
  • Drive engagement quality, client experience, and adherence to professional standards.
  • Mentor and develop Directors and Senior Managers, cultivating future leadership within the practice.
  • Drive collaboration across all advisory service lines to deliver integrated, long-term client outcomes.
  • Represent the firm in the market, maintaining relationships with investors, corporates, and key stakeholders.

What we’re looking for

  • An experienced Partner (or equivalent level) in deals advisory within a reputable accounting firm, investment bank, or corporate finance boutique.
  • Recognised market leader with a proven record of leading complex transactions and building trusted client relationships.
  • Deep technical, commercial, and negotiation expertise.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
  • Strong personal integrity and commitment to sustainable, client-first growth.
