Transaction Services – Financial Due Diligence Partner

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Transaction Services / Financial Due Diligence Partner to lead and grow our Transaction Advisory practice. This senior leadership role focuses on delivering financial due diligence and transaction support services to private equity firms, corporate investors, family offices, and privately held enterprises.

You will combine deep technical expertise with commercial insight, driving business development, revenue growth, and team leadership while acting as a trusted advisor on complex transactions.

What you’ll do

• Lead and deliver financial due diligence engagements for buy-side and sell-side transactions.
• Advise clients on deal structuring, valuation considerations, and transaction risks.
• Drive business development initiatives, build strong networks, and achieve revenue growth targets.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of transaction advisory professionals.
• Contribute to firm-wide strategy and ensure compliance with professional standards.

What we’re looking for

• Extensive experience at Partner (or equivalent level) in transaction services and financial due diligence in a top tier Advisory firm with a proven track record of success.
• Track record in winning and delivering FDD mandates.
• Strong technical knowledge in financial analysis, deal structuring, and transaction risk assessment.
• Demonstrated ability to generate revenue and develop new business opportunities.
• Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
• Professional qualifications (CA, CPA) essential; experience with private equity and M&A highly regarded.
