About the Role

We are a multi-disciplinary practice, bringing together accounting-qualified and legally qualified professionals to deliver integrated tax advisory and compliance services. We employ CA, CPA, and legally qualified professionals and maintain appropriate technical and career development programs, as well as supervision arrangements to support legally qualified practitioners.

We are seeking talented Senior Consultant – Business Services to join our growing team. In this role, you will support Managers, Directors, and Partners in delivering accounting, tax compliance, and strategic advisory services to privately held businesses, family groups, and high-net-worth individuals.

You’ll gain exposure to complex engagements, mentor junior team members, and develop the technical and commercial skills needed for career progression.

What you’ll do

• Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns, and compliance reports for private clients and businesses.
• Assist in delivering business advisory projects, including structuring, cash flow analysis, and performance improvement.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to resolve queries and provide a consistent, professional experience.
• Mentor junior staff, fostering technical development and professional growth.
• Support Managers and Directors in identifying opportunities for additional services and contributing to business development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.

What we’re looking for

• 2–4 years’ experience in accounting, tax, or business services (with exposure to advisory work highly regarded).
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and tax compliance.
• Excellent communication and client engagement skills.
• Professional qualifications (CA or CPA) essential or in progress.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes.
