Private Clients Business Services Manager

About the Role

We are a multi-disciplinary practice, bringing together accounting-qualified and legally qualified professionals to deliver integrated tax advisory and compliance services. We employ CA, CPA, and legally qualified professionals and maintain appropriate technical and career development programs, as well as supervision arrangements to support legally qualified practitioners.

We are seeking talented Business Services Managers to join our growing Business Services practice. In this role, you will work closely with Directors and Partners to ensure seamless delivery of advisory services for privately held enterprises, family groups, and high-growth businesses.

You will play a critical role in managing client engagements, supporting complex technical work, and mentoring junior team members. This position offers ongoing professional development and clear opportunities to grow your career within a dynamic and innovative firm.

What you’ll do

• Manage day-to-day delivery of Business Services, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Support Directors and Partners on complex matters such as structuring, succession planning, governance, and performance improvement.
• Act as a key contact for clients, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.
• Mentor and guide junior staff, fostering technical development and professional growth.
• Assist in identifying opportunities for additional services and contribute to practice growth.

What we’re looking for

• Solid experience in Business Services and Advisory.
• Ideally 5-8 years’ experience gained in an Accounting/Advisory firm.
• Strong technical knowledge in financial analysis, governance, and strategic planning.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
• Professional qualifications (CA, CPA) essential or in progress.
