About the Role

We are a multi-disciplinary practice, bringing together accounting-qualified and legally qualified professionals to deliver integrated tax advisory and compliance services. We employ CA, CPA, and legally qualified professionals and maintain appropriate technical and career development programs, as well as supervision arrangements to support legally qualified practitioners.

We are seeking experienced Equity Incentives Advisory Directors to join our growing Tax practice.

The team designs, implements and reviews employee share schemes and management equity arrangements for private, PE-backed and listed businesses. We help founders, boards and investors align incentives, manage tax risks and create value through ownership participation.

What you’ll bring to the role

• Manage incentive plan implementations and reviews.
• Liaise with lawyers and valuers to ensure alignment between commercial intent and tax outcomes.
• Solid technical foundation and strong stakeholder management.
• Accountancy, Taxation or Legal Qualifications are desired.
