Corporate Tax Director – Advisory

About the Role

We are a multi-disciplinary practice, bringing together accounting-qualified and legally qualified professionals to deliver integrated tax advisory and compliance services. We employ CA, CPA, and legally qualified professionals and maintain appropriate technical and career development programs, as well as supervision arrangements to support legally qualified practitioners.

We are seeking experienced Corporate Tax Directors to join our Corporate Tax Advisory practice.

The team specialises in the delivery of pragmatic, commercially driven tax solutions for fast-growing private groups, mid-market leaders and ASX-listed clients.

What you’ll bring to the role

• Lead significant corporate tax engagements and support partners in developing new client relationships.
• Mentor emerging leaders within the practice.
• Oversee complex corporate tax advisory projects, including restructures, funding arrangements and governance frameworks.
• Provide senior technical review and origination input.
• Strong track record managing large tax projects and developing well-reasoned, defensible advice.
• Highly competent communicator and project leader.
• Accountancy, Taxation or Legal Qualifications are desired
