About the Role

We are a multi-disciplinary practice, bringing together accounting-qualified and legally qualified professionals to deliver integrated tax advisory and compliance services. We employ CA, CPA, and legally qualified professionals and maintain appropriate technical and career development programs, as well as supervision arrangements to support legally qualified practitioners.

We are seeking experienced M&A Tax Advisory Partners to join our M&A Tax Advisory practice.

The team partners with private equity and corporate acquirers across the deal cycle — from diligence and structuring through execution and post-deal integration.

What you’ll bring to the role

• Lead marquee M&A and private equity relationships.
• Provide strategic tax input across diligence, structuring and post-deal integration.
• Lead large M&A tax projects, coordinate deal teams and manage negotiations with vendors and advisers.
• Recognised market leader in deal taxation with strong PE and corporate networks.
• Deep experience in deal structuring and transaction execution.
• Collaborative and commercially focused.
• Accountancy, Taxation or Legal Qualifications are desired.
