Steve is the Head of Deals Advisory at Horizon Nexus Partners. Steve is a Transaction Services partner with more than 20 years of experience supporting Private Equity firms plus public and private companies on mergers, acquisitions and divestments. His expertise is across buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence, together with forecast reviews for IPOs. He has worked across a broad range of sectors, including healthcare, TMT, industrials and consumer products.

Prior to joining Horizon, Steve was a Partner at Deloitte and Ernst & Young.
